1. Who We Are

Sitezy is a website-as-a-service provider offering professional website design, hosting, and ongoing management to businesses worldwide. Contact: hello@sitezy.co.

2. Services

Under an active subscription, Sitezy provides custom website design, CDN hosting, SSL certificates, ongoing content edits, daily backups, and technical support. Features vary by plan — see sitezy.co/pricing.

3. Free Preview

Sitezy provides a free website preview before payment is required. The preview is a good-faith demonstration of your potential site. No credit card is needed. You have no obligation to subscribe after receiving a preview.

4. Billing

Services are billed monthly (or annually where selected) and renew automatically. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. All prices are in USD. Sitezy may update pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@sitezy.co. We ask for 30 days' notice for a smooth offboarding. On cancellation: your site remains live until the current period ends; no partial refunds are issued; we provide a full export of your site files on request; your domain name always remains yours.

6. Unlimited Edits

Unlimited edits covers routine content changes: text, images, pricing, services, and minor layout adjustments. It does not cover full redesigns, new feature builds, or integrations outside your plan. Standard edits are completed within one business day.

7. Uptime

Sitezy targets 99.9% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, DNS issues, or factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

You own your brand, content, and domain. Sitezy retains ownership of its design systems and codebase. On cancellation you receive a full export of all site content and are free to use it independently.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sitezy to host illegal content, infringe third-party IP, distribute malware, or publish defamatory or discriminatory material. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sitezy's maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sitezy is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then arbitration or court as required.

12. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' email notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
